I write this letter on behalf of Laura Goodwin who I have been working with and have been friends with for approximately 2 years. Not only is Laura a good friend, she is one of the most dedicated professionals I have ever come across. She is passionate and extremely knowledge about personal training and the human body. I suffer from a bad back and Laura has not only always tailored my workouts to dealing with my condition, but she truly cares about my health - a trait that one rarely finds in other people.
Laura also personally designed and installed my home gym with equipment that suit our workout routines. She even comes out there occasionally and trains me at my house - a real treat.
I can't say enough good things about Laura. She has tremendous energy, knowledge, persistence and as mentioned before, truly cares about what she does and how she can help. I am a huge fan!
